Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to provide in-home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism, aged 2-9. You will draft reports for senior professionals and help develop communication and socialization skills in a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes child-led, play-based approaches with ongoing training and supervision opportunities. A sign-on bonus of $500 is offered after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field (ABA and/or young children experience considered) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
