Children Making Strides is seeking passionate individuals to join as an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician working with children aged 2-9 in home, daycare, and center-based settings. You will deliver ABA therapy, create engaging learning experiences, and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

The role emphasizes child-led, play-based, joyful approaches with ongoing training and supervision from BCBAs. A driver's license and transportation are required.

Qualifikationen

• ABA experience preferred and working with children with autism.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
