Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking compassionate ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home-based settings. You will provide ABA therapy, document progress, and collaborate with senior clinicians to tailor interventions.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, family collaboration, and ongoing training under supervision by BCBAs, with a sign-on bonus offered after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required.
• Related experience with ABA and/or young children is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children in their homes or at our clinic and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.
• Help children develop vital life skills in communication and socialization.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal outcomes for each child.
• Create engaging and fun learning experiences during sessions.
• Foster a supportive and caring environment for clients and families.
• Bring smiles and measurable progress to young learners.
