Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a compassionate ABA Therapist (RBT) for a part-time position in Hudson County, New Jersey. You will deliver ABA therapy to children with Autism, individually or in small groups, and collaborate with parents and the treatment team to implement customized plans.

You will monitor progress, use data-driven methods, and participate in team meetings to align goals and ensure high-quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA Therapy services to children with Autism in one-on-one settings or small groups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and treatment team
• Use ABA techniques to teach new skills, reduce problem behaviors, and improve overall functioning
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to track progress and make data-driven decisions
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency and collaboration
• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment goals and progress

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist (RBT) to join our part-time team. As an ABA Therapist (RBT) with Golden Care Therapy NJ, you will have the opportunity to work with children with Autism, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support their growth and development. You will work closely with parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure that each child receives the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA Therapy services to children with Autism in a one-on-one setting or in small groups
