Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a compassionate ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Paterson, NJ. You will use evidence-based strategies to improve functional skills, data collection systems, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality services.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, part-time scheduling, and growth opportunities, including lead RBT roles, with English and Spanish language support.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in special education or applied behavior analysis (Preferred)
• Ability to work in home-based settings and interact with individuals with varying levels of autism and behavior needs

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, by following patients' treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration
• Collaborate with behavioral supervisors (BCBA) to ensure high-quality services
