Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a skilled ABA Therapist (RBT) to join as a part-time team member. You will work with children with Autism, implementing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with parents and the treatment team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

As part of our NJ team, you will use ABA techniques to teach new skills and monitor progress, with regular communication to families and team members to support each child's growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA Therapy services to children with Autism in a one-on-one setting or in small groups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team
• Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills, reduce problem behaviors, and improve overall functioning
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to track the child's progress and make data-driven decisions
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency and collaboration
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment goals, progress, and challenges
