Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism under supervision. You will apply behavior-analytic strategies, collect data, and maintain open communication with families and the team.

This part-time role offers $24–$32 per hour with potential for full-time, plus a $250 sign-on bonus, tuition assistance, and ongoing training to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Special Education experience preferred.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease barriers to learning, safety or social opportunities, following treatment plans.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and administration.

Full Job Description:

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)


• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan


• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.


• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
