Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver ABA services in home, school, and community settings. Flexible schedules and competitive pay reflect experience and RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development and independence across everyday environments and routines.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members.
