Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our center-based team. You will provide 1-1, specialized ABA treatment in partnership with BCBAs for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification is required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with family training on plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and staff.
• Physically assist and supervise sessions with children aged 2–15.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
