Job summary

Behavioral Innovations seeks Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / RBTs to deliver clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Center hours are 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time applicants must be available within those hours and ensure at least 25 hrs/week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and successfully pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
