Heartland ABA in Ohio is hiring a part-time Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in home and community settings.

You'll receive training to earn your RBT certification, join a supportive clinical team, and help children with Autism reach meaningful goals while building strong family partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
