Job summary

Heartland ABA in Ohio is seeking part-time RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will receive training to earn your RBT certification and ongoing support from a dedicated clinical team.

We offer flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and opportunities for career growth with our BCBA schooling partnerships. A six-month commitment is desired to ensure consistent client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to earn RBT certification; training is provided.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build strong family connections.
