Magnet ABA Therapy in the United States is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and implement individualized intervention plans under supervision. You will collect data on progress and help families apply targeted strategies in daily routines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the BCBA, social and communication skill coaching, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and their families. Training is provided in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism is preferred but not required. Training provided.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
