Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver individualized ABA services in person to clients with autism and developmental needs. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement programs, collect data, and support progress toward social, communication, and daily living goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA or behavior support preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow BCBA-directed plans.
• Ability to collect and document client progress accurately.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
