Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will provide direct one-on-one therapy and help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills in a supportive setting.

You will collect progress data, assist in adjusting treatment plans, and collaborate with families to reinforce strategies.

Qualifications

• Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
