Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated professional to implement individualized ABA-based interventions under supervision. The role involves direct one-on-one therapy, data collection, and collaboration with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans.

You will work closely with clients and families to reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills in an in-person setting. Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or similar is preferred, but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) data collection.
• Willingness to work under supervision of a BCBA.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
