Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Massachusetts is hiring an in-person ABA Therapist to implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients and help teach social, communication, and daily living skills.

We value collaboration, data-driven practice, and ongoing professional development. Prior experience in ABA is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided to new hires.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
