Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy seeks motivated individuals for in-person behavior technician roles. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision, helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Data collection and collaboration with the supervising BCBA are essential parts of the job.

Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Training will be provided, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement

Qualifications

• Demonstrates empathy and professionalism with clients and families.
• Able to collect and document data accurately.
• Capable of implementing ABA strategies under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client progress and behavior data.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
