Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include providing ABA therapy, following intervention plans, and collecting data. The role offers flexible scheduling and potential growth in ABA and behavioral health with support to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
