Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and supports your growth with supervision and clear guidance. You’ll work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities to advance in ABA and behavioral health, with support to complete your RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 18+ years old minimum.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Interest in behavioral health and learning.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• Experience in childcare or related roles is a plus.
