Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Behavior Technician or RBT to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities include providing therapy under supervision, following treatment plans, collecting data, supporting skill development, and sharing progress with the clinical team. A flexible schedule is offered with potential RBT certification support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health and ABA therapy.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
