Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-person, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in Massachusetts. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and contribute to behavior support plan development with a focus on social, communication, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to follow defined ABA protocols.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
