Magnet ABA Therapy in Needham, MA is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver in-person ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing individualized intervention programs and collecting data on client progress.

You will teach social, communication, and daily living skills, collaborate with the BCBA to adjust plans, and maintain a supportive relationship with clients and families. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within our supportive ABA team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client progress and behavior data.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
