Job summary

ICAN is seeking a BT Supervisor to oversee Behavior Technician staff, manage onboarding, and mentor team members within a leading autism clinic in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on sustaining high-quality ABA programs and coordinating payroll activities for the BT group.

The candidate will guide staff through training, performance check-ins, and collaboration with ABA management to ensure program success and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• WA-licensed BCBA/LBA or WA LaBA required
• WA-licensed CBT with RBT certification and 2+ years autism experience
• Background screening required
• Direct autism intervention experience required

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of Behavior Technician staff and lead management duties
• Approve timesheets and payroll bi-weekly; conduct monthly check-ins
• Support onboarding and training of BT staff, including first-week/first-month/90-day checks
• Represent ICAN at marketing and community events and guide program sustainability
