Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking an ABA Case Supervisor to oversee therapy delivery for children with ASD. You will supervise RBTs, review sessions, and guide program modifications with data-driven decisions.

The role includes parent training, compliance with BACB guidelines, and collaboration with a Clinical Director. Travel to client locations is required, with both part-time and full-time options available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Active progress toward BACB BCBA eligibility.
• Two years of ABA or related field experience; experience designing/implementing behavior modification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise Behavior Technicians/RBTs to ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Conduct regular observations (in-person or telehealth) to monitor service delivery quality.
• Analyze data to determine intervention effectiveness and modify programs accordingly.
• Provide parent/caregiver training on behavior interventions for consistency across environments.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and governing regulations and coordinate with Clinical Director.
