Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring for a senior supervisory role in Washington state. The incumbent will manage Behavioral Technician staff, oversee clinical sessions, payroll, and onboarding while ensuring adherence to IBAN policies and state guidelines.

The position requires BCBA/LBA/LaBA certification or RBT with CBT in WA, with substantial experience in autism services and staff management. Collaboration with the ABA Management Team is essential for program sustainability.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA) or Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in WA, or Licensure as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LaBA) in WA, or Certification as an RBT with CBT in WA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of clients and direct intervention sessions per sustainability goals.
• Manage a group of Behavior Technicians and supervise their activities.
• Approve timesheets and manage payroll bi-weekly.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews, and training needs for staff.
• Lead trainings and meetings on clinical, administrative, and operational topics.
• Collaborate with rehab providers and adjust procedures with high fidelity.
• Maintain clinical and administrative records per state guidelines.
