Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking qualified leaders to join our ABA team as BCaBA/LABA/BCBA certified clinicians. You will conduct assessments, develop behavior change plans, and monitor progress while collaborating with families and school staff.

The role emphasizes supervision of Behavior Technicians and ongoing professional development in a supportive setting with flexible staffing and strong recruitment support.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Must have current BCaBA certificate OR LABA license OR BCBA.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques.
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
