Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Fontana, CA seeks a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor our ABA team, manage a 20–25 hour weekly caseload, and ensure high-quality, individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and insurers to coordinate care and outcomes.

Sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available, with a salary range of $95,000–$100,000 plus a $6,000 annual bonus paid monthly. Flexible scheduling and remote supervision options support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience in behavioral services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with families and insurance providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Create materials to support behavior plans.
• Supervise and mentor staff, BCaBAs, and trainees.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to client needs.
