Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services Inc in Sacramento, CA is seeking an experienced ABA Supervisor. You will oversee implementation of ABA programs, guide Behavior Technicians, and develop individualized treatment plans under BCBA/Clinical Director supervision.

Travel to client homes and in-clinic settings will be required. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience, with afternoons/evenings and some weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in behavior modification or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Afternoon/evening availability with some weekend/morning availability.
• Ability to pass Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized ABA programs with families and professionals.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences toward treatment goals.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists on plan implementation.
• Conduct assessments and set targets with BCBA/Clinical Director guidance.
• Develop/manage behavioral intervention plans to promote adaptive skills.
• Empower families and support staff with intervention strategies.
• Analyze data and provide written progress reports.
