Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking an ABA Mid-level Supervisor to supervise clinical ABA programs under the direction of a BCBA, support clients, and guide Behavior Technicians.

This position involves travel to client homes in Placerville, CA, with a schedule that includes afternoons and evenings and some telehealth. You will work closely with a BCBA to develop individualized treatment plans, oversee program implementation, and ensure evidence-based interventions tailored to each

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional ABA intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, in collaboration with families and professionals.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to achieve treatment goals.
• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Interventionists to ensure effective program delivery.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and define target behaviors with BCBA guidance.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans to promote adaptive skills and communication.
• Empower parents and staff with intervention strategies integrated into daily routines.
• Analyze data, evaluate progress, and produce written reports to ensure effectiveness.
• Establish supportive relationships with clients, families, and staff to foster collaboration.
• Manage ABA session schedules and adjust as needed to ensure consistency.
• Meet with families in-home to review progress and refine strategies.
• Work primarily with children and adolescents up to 18 years old.
