Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health is seeking a qualified individual to provide behavior-analytic services in El Paso, Texas. The successful candidate will supervise the work of RBTs and will ensure compliance with BACB standards.

This role requires a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field, along with BCaBA certification. The position offers opportunities for professional growth in a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
• Board certification and good standing as a BCaBA is necessary.
• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients as assigned.
• Supervise implementation of treatment protocols.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and develop behavior acquisition programs.
