Students progress toward BACB certification while contributing to center care. The program offers structured study groups, access to BDS modules, tuition discounts, and loan repayment support as part of a comprehensive development track for future BCBA

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited master's program in behavior analysis or related field.
• Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours) prior to application.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
