Job summary

A behavioral health organization in El Paso is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis services. This role allows for flexible scheduling while ensuring high clinical standards. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, is certified as a BCBA, and has at least two years of experience working with children with autism. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Must be able to move or transport up to 50 lbs.
• Must maintain BCBA certification by acquiring continuing education in BACB required categories.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure satisfactory protocols.
