Job summary

Action Behavior Centers invites a Master’s level Student Analyst to join our Rising Stars program. This role focuses on providing early intervention within a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 13 years, while collecting data and building clinical skills under BCBA supervision.

Participants have a clear growth path toward becoming a BCBA, with support including study groups, bonuses based on hours accrued, and opportunities for continued professional development within Everest

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
