Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking an ABA Student Analyst at Master’s level to participate in our Rising Stars program. The role offers a center-based setting with guaranteed hours and a clearBCBA career path, supporting supervision hours for BTs or RBTs pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities include collecting data, implementing individualized treatment plans, and developing clinical skills under supervision, with BACB exam readiness within six months.

Qualifications

• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shape minds of children ages 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with BCBA's and the team aligned to ABC values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
