Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a dedicated ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to support early intervention services in a center-based setting. This role focuses on data collection, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaboration with BCBA supervision to foster positive outcomes for children aged 18 months to 13 years.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited master's program is required.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours) prior to start.
• Proof of enrollment in an applicable master's program.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBAs and the team to live ABC’s core values.
• Allocating 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
