Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks an ABA Student Analyst (Master’s Level) to join a Rising Stars program. This role focuses on early intervention in a center-based setting, with supervision toward BCBA certification and growth within ABC’s leadership tracks.

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited master's program and may have BT/RBT supervision hours. Competitive benefits include tuition discounts, study groups, and bonuses tied to hours accrued.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited master's program in a relevant field.
• Experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping minds of children ages 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to uphold ABC values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
