Action Behavior Centers is seeking an ABA Student Analyst at Master’s level to join our Rising Stars program. This role supports early intervention services for children ages 18 months to 13 years, under supervision of a BCBA, while accruing required fieldwork hours.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, participate in ongoing training, and work toward BCBA certification. The position offers guaranteed hours (32–40 per week) and strong career growth within ABC.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited applicable master's program and actively accruing fieldwork hours.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours)
• Proven ability to work under supervision and meet BCBA supervision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Support children aged 18 months to 13 years through individualized plans.
• Collect data and implement treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Develop clinical skills while collaborating with BCBA and team.
• Dedicate 8 hours per week to BDS modules.
• Prepare for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
