Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or ParaPro exam required.

• Ability to communicate clearly with students and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide social-emotional, behavioral, and instructional support per IEP/504 Plans.
• Assist classroom and/or special education staff, BCBA, and others using ABA methods.
• Support students in accessing the curriculum and reducing maladaptive behaviors.
• Follow district safety/restraint protocols when needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
