Precision Human Resource Solutions, Inc. is hiring Paraprofessionals for Special Needs & Social Emotional Behavioral Support (ABA) roles in a school setting.

Key duties include assisting teachers with lesson delivery and creating a positive, structured classroom environment. Openings cover preschool through high school; roles offer part-time and full-time opportunities with weekly pay and potential long-term placements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ParaPro Certification and/or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with children or students in a school/classroom setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and families.
• Experience supporting students with special needs, behavioral support, or emotional development is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers with daily lessons, activities, and instructional support.
• Help create and maintain a structured, organized, and student-centered classroom environment.
• Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed, including working with students with special needs or behavioral/emotional challenges.
• Encourage student participation, confidence, and independence.
• Communicate student progress and concerns with teachers and staff as appropriate.
