Job summary

The Children’s Center for Communication (CCCBSD) in Beverly, Massachusetts, seeks a Paraprofessional/Teaching Assistant to support students with intensive special needs and ABA-based strategies. You will assist in daily classroom activities and help implement individualized learning plans.

Candidates should have experience in similar settings; a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in classroom or special needs setting.
• Experience using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Private school calendar: 180-day year + 24-day summer schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom instruction and student activities.
• Assist students with daily living and educational tasks.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and BCBA.
