Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Searcy, AR, seeks a Director of ABA Services to lead the ABA program and mentor BCBA/RBT staff. You will coordinate with leadership, drive culture, and ensure high-quality services for children with ASD and developmental needs.

The role emphasizes team development, clinical oversight, and collaboration across disciplines to empower children and families served by Pediatrics Plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field and BCBA certification.
• Active BCBA® and more than three years of ABA experience.
• Experience with Pediatrics Plus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site mentoring to the ABA team and oversee clinical work.
• Coordinate culture, retention, and team development with leadership.
• Lead plan development, supervision, and client growth activities.
• Ensure quality ABA services and family training across sites.
