Qualifications

• Experience working with children birth to age 21 and families at risk.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and company documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site mentoring to the ABA team.
• Complete ABA assessments and screenings for incoming clients.
• Implement Family Guidance Programming as needed.

Skills

Experience with individuals diagnosed with ASD

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Effective communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Education

Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field

Active status as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
