Job summary

Intercare Therapy seeks a Program Manager, School Services to conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for students with significant behavioral challenges. The role oversees intervention delivery, environmental modifications, and instructional protocols aligned with IEP goals.

You will train and supervise the Behavior Technician team, collaborating with teachers and staff while supporting students across assigned territories. Onsite hours are 7:30am–3:30pm, aligned with the school calendar.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, or related field.
• Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills.
• Enrollment in and/or completion of behavior-analytic coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of experience implementing behavior treatment under the supervision of a BCBA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with students with significant behavioral challenges preferred.
• 1+ year experience working in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for students with behavioral challenges.
• Design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols per BIP/IEP goals.
• Train and supervise the Behavior Technician team and collaborate with educational staff.
• Support students on-site at school sites 7:30am–3:30pm; planning aligns with the academic calendar.
