Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Program Manager for School Services in Huntington Park, CA. The role focuses on conducting FBAs and developing function-based BIPs to support students with significant behavioral challenges.

You will lead and train the educational team and supervise the Behavior Technician group, ensuring effective implementation of the plan. Typical onsite hours are 7:30am–3:30pm aligned with the academic calendar.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, rehabilitation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develops function-based BIPs.
• Designs, implements, and evaluates environmental modifications and instructional protocols from the BIP/IEP goals.
• Collaborates with and trains the student’s educational team on BIP protocols.
• Provides direct supervision to and oversight of the Behavior Technician team.
• Onsite work at school sites typically 7:30am–3:30pm; supports students territory-wide.
