• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and forms—are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification requirements.
