Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Marina Del Rey, CA, is seeking a Program Manager, School Services to lead FBAs and develop function-based BIPs. You will train the educational team on BIP implementation and supervise a Behavior Technician team across assigned schools.

The role emphasizes collaboration, clinical leadership, and ongoing development. Onsite hours align with the school day, with additional duties as needed, and a $750 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field completed.
• BCBA certification in progress preferred.
• Strong ABA, program management, and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude.
• Bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs.
• Design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols per BIP/IEP goals.
• Train educational team on BIP and specific protocols; supervise Behavior Technician team.
• Support students across the territory with on-site school hours (7:30am–3:30pm) and after-school coordination.
