Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Program Manager for School Services to lead ABA-based behavior intervention programs across school sites. The role involves conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and supervising the Behavior Technician team to implement IEP goals.

Onsite work runs 7:30am to 3:30pm with potential after-school duties; a strong leadership mindset and collaboration with educational teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed in a relevant field.
• BCBA in progress preferred.
• Strong ABA, program management, and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs.
• Design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols.
• Provide training and supervision to the Behavior Technician team.
• Collaborate with educational teams to implement the BIP and IEP goals.
• Onsite school-site work 7:30am–3:30pm; indirect work in afternoons.
