Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Safety & Support Trainer to prepare clinical teams across California. You will train Behavior Interventionists and Direct Support Professionals on crisis prevention, safety procedures, and best practices, with remote delivery and occasional in-person sessions in CA locations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and ABA experience; travel, strong presentation and coaching skills; and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA experience as a Behavior Interventionist or Direct Support Professional.
• Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout California.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live virtual safety and crisis prevention training.
• Facilitate annual crisis intervention recertification courses.
• Coach and support Behavior Interventionists through hands-on skills training.
• Travel to California locations to provide in-person training as needed.
• Partner with local clinical teams to improve safety and training outcomes.
• Track training completion and maintain compliance documentation.
• Help enhance training materials and learning experiences.
