Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred.
• Strong mentoring, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians to support growth and development.
• Deliver parent training and support.
• Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
